“Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of overcoming it.”

Helen Keller

Asking for help is one of the strongest things you will ever do.

Are you struggling to overcome addiction, disordered eating, or other unhelpful patterns of behavior? Are you feeling overwhelmed by emotional pain, anxious thoughts, or stressful situations? Are you looking for a greater understanding of yourself and how you fit into the world? I would love to help you find relief from suffering and experience life to its fullest extent. You are stronger than you know and are capable of healing and growth.

Individual Therapy Sessions

You deserve to be seen and heard. In individual therapy sessions, I aim to create a warm and inviting environment free of judgment and shame. You are welcome and encouraged to be exactly who you are, because who you are is worthy of being known. My role as a therapist is to listen and learn from you, walk alongside you as you process your hurt and seek to better understand yourself, and celebrate with you in the joys of accomplishing goals and overcoming obstacles.
